mand of the room was nothing short of masterful—
threading lounge into energy, intimacy into momentum, 
ensuring that every corner of the estate was animated 
with the right kind of feeling. There is an art to reading 
a crowd of this caliber, and ARi had it entirely.
On the culinary front, the inimitable Chef G of Mr. G’s 
Hospitality transformed the estate into a live Italian 
atelier. Every pasta was pulled by hand. Every delicacy 
arrived still breathing with warmth, made in-house 
and in real time, before the very eyes of guests who 
could not stop going back for more. 
Then came the moment everyone would be talking 
about for days.
COUP Champagne arrived not merely to pour, but 
to perform. With the elegance of ceremony and the 
drama of sport, the champagne saber cut clean and 
cold, bubbles rising like a toast from the universe 
itself. There is something primally satisfying about a 
perfectly executed sabering, and this one was nothing 
short of perfect.
