On Lido Island, a nearly 10,000-square-
foot waterfront residence was designed and 
built from the ground up in just over a year.

Builder Michael Reeves of Corbin Reeves 
Construction, interior designer Rona Graff of 
Grace Blu, and architect Robert Sinclair were 
brought together by a highly experienced 
homeowner. Someone who understands how 
projects like this actually get done, and who 
knows how to make the right calls, drawing 
on experience at the highest level.
That was the difference.
Graff had worked with the client before. So 
had Sinclair. Reeves was brought in for his 
ability to deliver sophisticated, challenging 
custom homes at the highest level. From the 
outset, everyone understood the pace.
