The Baldwin Cup returned to Newport 
Harbor Yacht Club in April, bringing 
together more than 20 teams from across 
the U.S. and abroad for three days of tight, 
fast-paced team racing. Sailed in a 2v2 
format, races ran continuously just off 
the clubhouse in the club’s stadium-style 
setting, keeping the action close and easy 
to follow.
Teams from clubs including Newport 
Harbor, New York, Annapolis, San Diego, 
St. Francis, and Royal Vancouver com-
peted across a full schedule of racing 
from April 16-18, following a practice and 
welcome day. With daily briefings, roll-
ing race rotations, and changing condi-
tions, crews were tested on both strategy 
and execution in one of sailing’s most 
demanding formats. 
鲍德温杯于四月重返 Newport Harbor 
Yacht Club，汇聚来自美国各地及海外的20
余支队伍，在纽波特港展开为期三天、节奏紧
凑且极具张力的团队竞速赛。赛事采用 2v2 赛
制，比赛连续进行，并紧贴会所外海面展开；凭
借俱乐部犹如“体育场式”的观赛格局，赛事进
程清晰可见，现场氛围紧张而精彩。
来自 Newport Harbor、New York、 
Annapolis、San Diego、St. Francis 以及 
Royal Vancouver 等俱乐部的队伍，在欢迎
日与练习日之后，于 4 月 16 日至 18 日全面
展开竞赛。随着每日赛前说明、轮转式赛程
安排，以及不断变化的水况与风况，参赛船
员在这项帆船运动中最具挑战性的赛制之一
里，持续接受策略与执行力的双重考验。
